Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Minorgrounds Roofing wants everyone to be able to use minorgrounds.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. To get there, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are widely used standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make the site workable with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may sit outside our control. We check the site now and then and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@minorgrounds.living and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@minorgrounds.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
